Class Cards, GIft Certificate & More:
All active class cards are now valid at both of our locations. This will make it easier for you to complete any remaining classes on your card.
All active class cards will expire on May 21st.
You may share your 5-class card or 10-class card with family members or friends. You can attend class together, or we will need written permission from you in advance if your friend or family member will be attending class solo and using your card. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please e-mail Ruth: ruth@nowandzenyoga or call us at: 413-386-8572.
The drop-in rate at both locations is now $10.
Gift certificates, one class passes or free first class passes may not be redeemed for cash. If you hold any of these, please use them or share them with a friend before May 21st.
Equipment & Fixtures For Sale:
We need to sell some of our equipment and fixtures. Some items have been sold, others are still for sale. If you are interested in any items in the studio, please ask Ruth if they are available. Contact Ruth directly with all inquiries: ruth@nowandzenyoga.com
Free Plants:
Take a piece of Now & Zen home with you. Many of our plants (all but the christmas cactus plants) need new homes (Ruth's cats will destroy them if she takes them home). If you would like to take one or more of the plants from the studio home, please ask Ruth soon. The plants are going fast!

Used Book Sale for Charity Continues through May 21st:
We have a selection of used books on yoga, pilates, meditation and more that will be on sale through April. The best thing is, you pay what you can and what you want for the books you buy. All proceeds will be donated to the MSPCA of Western Mass in Springfield. You get some great books, and the animal adoption center in Springfield will receive funds to help the dogs, cats, rabbits and other critters. Everybody wins!

UPDATE: As of 4/1 we donated $65 to the MSPCA from the used book sales in March. We still have two shelves full of books that need homes, so come in soon to get a couple.
